No Makeup
Please do not rub, touch or apply makeup to the treated areas for at least 4 hours.

Normal Temp
Avoid extreme heat/ cold for up to 1 week post treatment.

Ice and Arnica
Use ice and arnica for 24-48 hours.

Don't Massage
Do not massage treated area.

Alcohol and Exercise
Abstain from alcohol, anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen and aspirin. Avoid heavy exercise for 24-48 hours.

Stay Hydrated
We recommend 8 glasses of water a day.
